The European Commission has conducted a Consultation On Revising FCM Regulations. The intention is to modernize and correct some shortcomings identified in the current legislation.
Some parts of the public consultation were open to stakeholders, meanwhile other parts were available to consumers of food in food packaging and users of kitchenware, tableware and other articles that may foreseeably come into contact with food.
