We would like to remind the need of payment of annual fixed charges to all Companies holding authorizations for plant protection products in Italy (deadline December 2022, max January 2023).
The due annual fee is of € 200.00 per product, per calendar year. It needs to be paid even for those products that are going to expire (or are subject to revocation) during the year.
While it is not due from January 1 of the year following the revocation, even if stocks are still present and/or used on the market.
