We remind companies that, following the obligations introduced by section 1.6.1.44 of ADR 2019 and ADR 2021, each party configured as shipper of dangerous goods, regardless of the amount moved during the year, have the duty to nominee an ADR consultant whithin December 31, 2022.
The only exemption regards companies that only sell dangerous goods in excepted quantities, as established in chapter 3.5 of ADR regulation.
