During ECHA’s webinar of April 5, on PFASs, explaining the restriction proposal submitted by the authorities of Germany, the Netherlands, Denmark, Norway and Sweden, and the future regulatory steps, many questions from the stakeholders were received. The first Q&A document is now available at this page and by June another batch of questions will be answered.

Furthermore, ECHA has already published the opinions of the Committee for Risk Assessment (RAC) on the restriction proposal. We advise you that you can still have your say through the ongoing consultation by September 25, 2023.
